Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders are shipped to the exact address provided. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

For security reasons, shipping addresses cannot be altered after an order is placed. If an incorrect address is entered, the order must be canceled and placed again with the correct information. 

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. 

Once an order has been shipped and is in possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly 

If an order is retuned due to an incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect. a 15% restocking fee will apply. Reshipping requires payment of new shipping fees.
