Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or shipment preparation. Due to the nature of our handmade pieces, orders may begin processing immediately after purchase. 

Once an order has entered processing or been prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled once payment has been submitted.
