Returns/Exchange
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on ANY piece.
If damage occurs during shipping, we will fix the damage free of charge. If you disassemble/alter any piece in ANY way, you void any refund, return, or exchange. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the item and all packaging.
Damage reported after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will be considered handling related and is not eligible for repair, refund or exchange.
Once an item is marked delivered, we are not responsible for any damage caused by handling, dropping, overuse, altercation, disassembly, water exposure, or misuse. Any modification of any piece voids eligibility for refund, return, or exchange.
If an item is approved for repair due to shipping damage is returned in a condition inconsistent with the reported transit damage, additional repair costs may apply.
We DO NOT accept return on ANY plugs for any reason. Please double check colors and size prior to order completion.
